Reports to the Committee of Inspection

The Committee of Inspection of Duke is a small group of the creditors of the company who periodically receive reports detailing the issues in the liquidation and meet with the liquidator to advise him in relation to the conduct of the administration. The Committee of Inspection also has the power to approve the liquidator’s remuneration.
